Returns

As all of our products are hand crafted there will be a cancelation fee after the first two weeks of production because once we get an order we start working on the design and after the two weeks and the design is finalized and agreed upon after the two weeks the work on the wood starts e.g drawing on it and cutting it out after there is a turn around rate of 4-6 weeks and if any point after those two weeks there is a cancelation fee as the wood may not be able to re used and might have to be discarded and will need to be replaced.
